Hugh Lee
CEO

Kevin Chisolm
Head of Customer Experience
Kevin oversees our customer care, including the operations of the call center and direct customer communication. Kevin has prior experience in customer service with Tokidoki, Carbon38, and SeatBoost. In his free time, Kevin enjoys coaching basketball and customizing clothing. His favorite local destinations include L.A. Live and Little Tokyo, and his go-to restaurants are Madre and B Sweet Dessert Bar, because who can resist a tasty bread pudding.

Lynette Favorite
Head of Business Operations
Lynette is responsible for business and financial operations in Los Angeles. She previously worked as an Operations Manager at Edmunds.com and a Settlements Associate at EPS Settlements Group. In her spare time, Lynette loves to bake and spend time with family. She can often be found at farmers markets around Los Angeles or Kenneth Hahn Park, and she enjoys taco trucks and neighborhood restaurants such as Simply Wholesome and Sachi’s Japanese.

Dave Gallon
VP of Strategy & Growth
Dave guides MoceanLab’s strategic planning, communications, and operations in Los Angeles. Before joining the team, Dave spent 15 years at Toyota in a variety of marketing, planning, and business model innovation leadership roles. Dave enjoys being active outdoors, going to the movies with his family, watching his son play volleyball, and playing board games with his daughter. Some of his favorite eateries include Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles, Feast from the East, Apple Pan, and Toscana.

Dat Truong
VP of Technology & Product
Dat develops and implements MoceanLab’s technology solutions in Los Angeles. He has previous experience as Director of Automotive and Fleet at Greenlots, Technology & Strategy Consulting at P3 Group, and as an Applications Engineer at iRobot. Dat enjoys playing golf and trying new food in L.A. His favorite place to visit in the city is the Arts District, and anywhere with a good golf course. A few favorite restaurants are Pizzana, Mariscos Jaliscos, and Everson Royce Bar.

Barry Vanderable
Head of Fleet Operations
Barry leads the operations and management of the Mocean Carshare fleet in Los Angeles. Prior to joining MoceanLab, Barry served as an Operations Manager with Lyft, Skurt, Zipcar, and Broadway Services. Barry loves to read books, spend time with family, and travel to different countries. He enjoys exploring the Arts District and visiting Long Beach. A food lover at heart, a few of his favorite restaurants include Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken, Sushi Stop, Slater’s 50/50, and Outback Steakhouse.
